Description

The wine is all Sangiovese sourced from three sites in Castellina, Panzano and Badia a Passignano. The wine delivers a dark ruby color, and although the aromatic intensity is measured, there are delicately perfumed tones of cherry, raspberry and blood orange that feel punchy and bright.

The Rubiolo is characterized by its dark ruby red color. Strong cherry and wild berry aromas on the nose. It shows elegance and richness with its red cherries,mint, rosemary and roses notes. The Rubiolo is a vibrant fruit-driven wine. Pair with cheese and pasta dishes.
